Dia Mundial do Combate à Tuberculose
(World TB Day). March 24 refers to the day in 1882, when German scientist Robert Koch announced the discovery of the cause of TB: the tuberculosis bacillus. Since 1990, TB cases have dropped significantly, but still 1,4 million people die of TB each year (WHO 2011).

Born in 1954 in Ukraine, Eugenio gained international reputation as a medical specialist. A telecom technician, however, discovered a large garbage bag with videos of sexual actions of Eugenio with boys aged 8-17. The penalty was reduced to 114 years.
